Warnors Theatre has been resting on Fresno real estate since the 1920's. Patrons flocked inside to watch silent movies, and the organ providing music in the background still stands tall and proud on this Fresno property. Today audiences can enjoy beloved movies just as generations before them. Concerts also fill the calendar continuing this theater’s role as a great entertainment venue in the community.
The Modern Classic Film Series in 2016 focused on favorite films from more recent times including The Princess Bride, Monty Python and The Holy Grail, The Sandlot and E.T. The Extraterrestrial. The last film in the series this year is A Christmas Story which will be shown on December 15th. Performances on the organ honoring the historic theater’s past take place before each movie. A great line up should be announced soon for the 2017 season.
